The terms and conditions set out in this below The User is advised to read them carefully as they are in place for your protection. By using the Site, the User agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this agreement (‘the Agreement’), as well as those terms and conditions incorporated by reference and/or implication. MINIMUM ORDER
$5 service charge will be added to orders under $20 before taxes
TIME LIMIT FOR PICKUP
You have up to 48 hours to pick up your clothes upon receiving a notification that your clothes are ready for you in the locker. Once 48hrs has passed, you will receive a notification that your clothes will be transferred to our warehouse. You will need to contact us for a time to input back into a locker for pickup for a $5 service charge.
TEXT MESSAGES & EMAILS
By putting your phone number in the machine, you agree that the Services may send you informational text (SMS) messages and Emails as part of the normal business operation of your use of the Services. You may opt-out of receiving text (SMS) messages and Emails from 360 Dry cleaners at any time by sending a request to [email protected] You acknowledge that opting out of receiving text (SMS) messages or emails may impact your use of the Services.
NON-PAYMENT
Orders that have not been paid for within 30 days of the drop off date will be considered abandoned and all property will be donated to charity.
UNCLAIMED ITEMS
All property once ready for collection must be collected within 30 days unless notified and agreed upon. Any property not claimed within 30 days of the original notified date for collection will be donated to charity or sold to rec over the cost of cleaning.
DAMAGED PROPERTY
360 dry cleaners follows the standards and policies set forth by our organization. We exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We can not guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics; or against damage to ancillary items such as belts, buttons, beads, ties or zipper pulls. Ezee cleaners liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition. Any damaged items must be reported via email to [email protected] and returned to 360 dry cleaners Wearhouse for inspection within 5 business days.
LOST ITEMS
When leaving items in lockers, please ensure that your locker has been correctly closed and locked. 360 dry cleaners is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a failure to properly lock the locker. Our lockers is under 24 hours surveillance, however 360 dry cleaners will not be responsible for any lost items under any circumstances when using 360 dry cleaners Locker. We will however try out best to assist any matter relating to this. All claims of lost items will be reviewed on case to case basis and the final decision shall be made using available evidence. Shall 360dry cleaners find any possibility of a fraud case, 360 dry cleaners will immediately close the case and hand it over the appropriate authority if required.
LOOSE ITEMS
Although, we try as hard as possible track such items, we are not responsible for loose items such as jewelry, watches, cash, detachable buttons, cuff-links, belts, broaches, stings, laces, hoods or loose items on garments, hangers, etc.. We request that customers remove these items and empty pockets prior to leaving items with us as we can not be held responsible for damage to your garments from items left in pockets (Lipstick, Gum, Pens, etc.).
TURNAROUND TIME
Service days and turnaround time vary by location and service required. 360 Dry cleaners will make its best reasonable effort to adhere to our service schedule, however, we do not guarantee turnaround times and assume no responsibility for any damages that may occur due to a delay in service.

PERSONAL ITEMS
Please check all of your garments for money, jewelry or other valuables prior to placing them in our lockers. If we find any valuables in your garments, we will make every effort to return them to you but we cannot be held liable for the loss of any such articles that are forwarded to us.
BARCODES
360 Dry Cleaners will adhere a permanent barcode to your garments in an inconspicuous location. These barcodes are very important in helping us track your garments so that items are not lost and to ensure you are billed consistently every time. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate requests not to adhere barcodes.
